What about a sequel that takes place at their 30th class reuinion?

Could that generate any interest? Could be more centered on their kids? OR, centered on Ferris and his two friends on how they try to find fun and excitement after having been beat down by the real world?

maybe something along those lines
tricky
you'd want it super youthful and 80s, but not seeming ridiculous (beyond the level that any such comedy is a bit ridiculous)

I don't know that I'd tie it to a reunion though.

And it can't turn into anything at all like a Hangover clone.

30 years later and Cameron is still paying his father back for the Ferrari.

Or 30 years later and he comes across a homeless person he is about to step over, and realises it's Cameron (he was kicked out and disowned after the Ferrari incident) who he hasn't seen since graduation, says "Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it." steps over him and never sees him again
