Is this worth seeing? Any good and if you like it, can you say why?

It's worth seeing if you're a fan of The Wicker Man, imo. But no, it's not good. It's a 'thriller' with absolutely no suspense or intrigue.

It's absolutely worth seeing, which isn't to say it's anything too special. But there are some elements that would make it a compelling enough watch: the solid cast, a great score, an exciting third act, etc...

Saw it on TV some years ago and didn't care much for it. How did Moira Harris (a then-unknown American actress) end up being cast as an Irishwoman?
