Song that plays while Tina and Wilder are in the car?

There's a scene in the film where Tina is tied up in the car and Wilder comes out of a convenience store with a chocolate bar. He gives her a piece of it and turns on the radio, and a song plays that keeps saying "it's a wonderful life..." and it has a kind of creepy violin (fiddle? no idea) instrument in it. Does anybody know the name of the song? I've been looking everywhere for it but I can't find it.
