John Lurie guest hosted VH1 New Visions 1988

Played a short clip from Down By Law and also a super rare unheard of film clip from 'Men In Orbit' a short $500 film by John Lurie (yes I have this on dvd and video) 2 Hours unedited!
VJs were asked by VH1: What are your two musical fantasys? his was to see Jimi Hendrix and John Coltrane play.

John said he only wanted to play the Lounge Lizards 'Big Heart'
video that he directed and complain about his rec company but VH1
nixed that idea but he did play the video twice and sort of threw in a
jab at the super low $5000 budget he had to work with and got more $$$
later after complaining.
