Grazi, Grazi...

I just watched this movie with an Italian friend...when Roberto is allowed out of his cell to the yard just before they escape he says to the guard something like:
"Grazi, Grazi, cazzo capo"
(Sorry, I have poor Italian!)

Which means "Thank you, Thank you, D@*k head!"...but just sounds like "Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!" to non italian speakers.
