The missing footage
I hope to god somebody manages to unearth the missing 20 minutes from this film, all those teasing clips in the trailer look very promising indeed.
shareIt would be great, they do look pretty good. Unfortunatley it does not look promising, the trailer I have gives the impression at the start of it that it is the only known footage left of the sections cut from the movie.
I love this movie, seeing the trailer has made me watch the movie again, lost count how many times I've watched it!!!
You forget all the things, you just do it!
Also, until 1993, Hong Kong film-makers saw film as a disposable commodity; they didn't preserve film, they just gave it its original cinema run then literally left it in a vault to rot. Besides, there was no way that they could have known that one day there would be all these marvellous DVDs with extras such as deleted scenes.
