Spoil me for the Gore

Love horror, but certain kinds of gore I have issues with: eye gouging, throat slitting, disembowelment, beheading. Any of that in this?

The parents guide is fairly vague in this, but usually it gives me enough context clues to know when not to look -- i.e. "a girl sits down, and then a man cuts her head off."
