The Demon in Sally's room???

I want to know what happened to the Demon in Sally's room, the one who started the infection??? You never see him again, and why, when Sally's door opened prior to her transformation, did the Demon not run out???

After watching this and wondering the same thing, my conclusion is that we are supposed the think that the demon didn't actually come through the TV it just infected her, I think that's why everyone's TV's lost the signal. Which I think was meant to give more meaning to the final scene where he breaks the TV's. It would also explain why Sally wasn't all messed up when she came out of the room, took her a few minutes to change.

I thought the Demon may have merged with Sally as part of the act of infecting her, but I could be wrong.

I just wanna know why did Sally just sit there and stare at the tv and watch the demon come throught the T.V.!! Word of Advice: get the hell out the room if you see someone inside a T.V. turn around and stare at you and walk towards you lol
