What is the explanation behind the weird tv studio that is transmitting the demon film that appears in both demon movies?

In both films the origin behind the demons is never explained.

there was alot of things that were never explained. Like what was the purpose of having that group of people in the car. They shouldnt have been in the movie at all, they played no part with the story what-so-ever, lol.

haha i know. i thought it was going to be just like the car full of punk kids in the first one. it had NOTHING to do with anything. i guess that was the only way they could think of to incorporate the character jacob.

I think these issues had been discussed before

The punks in the first one actually caused the car crash that allowed the demons to escape in the outside world.

As for part two, someone made an explaination on the board somewhere Im too lazy to look for it at this minute.

It was all setup from the beginning. Like in part one where the theater
was setup to automagically play and record what was going on. That then
was used to create this prophecy.

The tv studio was the recording of the prophecy unfolding in the building.
Since the first girl (to turn into a demon by the TV demon) died in the studio
while it was being taped the prophecy ended there.

I thought the baby was going to be a demon, but I was wrong there. :^)

This is my 2nd favorite Italian horror film, just after Demons 1.

The punks in the car were the ones that guy answered the phone to and the reason he was sent outside, the guy driving this car was the birthday girls ex boyfriend, being the way he was most likely was the reason she didn't want him there at the party. Also to reply to above post according to the trivia originally the baby was supposed to be a demon that claws it's way out of the woman but the director wanted a more happy ending.

problem is once they have that wreck with the little boy's parents we never see them, the parents, or the nerd again
