I havent seen this movie yet but I read a druggie gives himself a fix with a coat hanger, hows that possible?

Well I doubt it would actually work (it could be possible I guess). He essentially just poked his arms with a coat hangar so he had access to his bloodstream, then he just poured the heroin powder into the opening. I doubt very much, if any, would actually flow into his bloodstream. I'm no drug expert though.

Whether it could be possible or not doesn't matter much. I think if you were that big of a drug addict and you were dying for a fix and had no needle...you would try just about anything including poking your arm with a coat hanger.
