I have only been watching movies that show the dissturrbing reality to life and is this one of them?
I made a list but i would liek some reccomenadtions

Apparently, Combat Shock is an extremely depressing movie experience.If that's what you're looking for.I've read it offers absolutely no entertainment value at all.

Yeah, it's a pretty big downer. I saw it once, and intend to never see it again.

I loved the film, call me crazy but I dug it, the soundtrack-bizarre, the baby-insane, the dude-nuts, yea it's a bit of a downer but I was laughing throughout most of it. Besides the baby, it was very true to reality for many vets during that time period.

Definitely disturbing reality here.

I totally agree. As a social worker, I worked with a 14y.o. kid back in the 90's. His father was a Nam Vet. He encountered his Dad diving behind the sofa thinking he was under granade attack. The poor soul was totally traumatized and I witnessed the residual effect on the child. Combat PTSD is NO joke. I thought this film did a good job (within its budget)to portray that.
