Similar movies

I'm looking for a movie with basiclly same plot.
Two guys did something wrong, parents send them to military school, there's some guy named Hash or something, some officer hates them because of their lack of discipline yadayadayada.
I have watched this movie when I was a kid and just rememberd it while reading this review and would like to find out it's name.
