i remember watching it when it was first on TV...

and wow...I remember thinking how great it was and talking about it with my friends in school the next day. And it's on starz now...getting to watch it again. It was superbly done, esp for the 80's!
I also remember a lot of talk about runaway teens on TV and in movies...documentaries even...I was a pre teen then and this stuff fascinated me.
