Random Unnamed Care Bear?

Theres a Care Bear that shows up in a few scenes in this movie that I'm not quite familiar with. He/She is dark blue or purple-ish and their tummy symbol is a big red heart with two smaller pink ones on either side. Who is this?

Harmony Bear. Rarely seen, I think she was only seen in the second movie, at least in the first/original Care Bear series.
