MPAA cuts

I just read the WIKIPEDIA section concerning the cuts that had to occur in order to get an R rating.I'd really like to see an unrated version of ''BOYS'' and,particularly,the murder scene of the woman in the bar.This one appears to be most heavily cut of all and maybe this fact explains why I am always a little confused about the cause of death.We see a woman shaken heavily by Roy/Caulfield but how this leads to her killing?It's the only part of this almost perfect movie that could not figure out.
