to those who have seen this...
In the movie, do they show his training regiment? I only saw him doing weighted crunches, jogging in place, ring work, and of course, rowing.
sharenicholas cage worked hard for this almost ignored role, look at the posters shown here and there is no doubt that he trained heavily for the role :)
