Deleted scene of fly on naked Isabella Rosselini

I just rewatched Blue Velvet for the first time since I saw it in original release in 1986. I remember the talk back then of whether David Lynch was anti-woman and whether he was deliberately trying to humiliate Isabella Rosselini via her nude scenes. In particular, I remember a scene (at her apartment) in which a fly was buzzing around her, and I believe, eventually landed on her while she was naked.

I didn't see this scene when I watched the Blu-Ray. Was that scene deleted, and if so, why and when ? Or was it a distorted memory of mine ?
