because all his films are his best.

i am so sick of this NEED to rank a director's work. Espeically with directors like Lynch, PTA, Wes Anderson and all the other modern auteurs. I feel like their work is all on one amazing level. I guess maybe people want to share their personal favorites like anybody else in the world cares. It doesn't matter at all but i see people on message boards getting bent out of shape because a certain ranking doesn't match their own opinion.

why can't we all settle with the fact that we are all different people with our own unique prefrences and opinions? sure, we all have our personal favorites but with directors like these its not about which films of theirs fall on a top ten list. we should focus on how amazing their body of work is as a whole. and i feel like every new entry they bring is just another wonderful addition to their cinematic world.

don't be an angry white sheep. lets all be black sheep wandering whichever way we please. *beep* your rankings. your opinion is yours and shouldn't matter to anyone but you.
