Totally 80s office and cool library research scenes

Green windows. 80s computers. Reminds me of visiting offices like that when I was young. Cool Dennis hopper scenes too. This film is so wonderful and rewatchable. Does anyone have MikesMurder on DVD? Is it at al? I also love the librarian and how he helps her and then he asks her about going on a game show. Wonderful scene. Theresa Russell scenes with Nicol Williamson are great. Had this film come out at the end of 1986 or later in 1987 both Debra Winger and Theresa Russell both could have been nominated for Oscars. This films was a sleeper hit in February and should have been a fall prestige Fox release. It has odd elements that make it a funky fun watch now but it is way better than Masquerade or other thrillers of the time and Iike it and rank it up there as one of the best movies of its kind!

Watching it so much it is so funny. Amusing dialogue throughout and so cool of a story. Really great idea and execution. I love the scene where they go to the cabin in Washington and he talks about his childhood there and how he'll be sad to leave.....the viewer clearly knows he is not leaving that cabin alive lol great fun movie!! Booking another stay at Royal Kona Resort in 2018 excited !!!

Great first hour, but the last forty minutes drag and, most crucially, they really botch the ending.

Says one repeater to Debra Winger in the very last scene: "Congratulations, Miss Barnes. That was a brilliant trap."

Gimme a break.

And no, it wasn't.
