No Fame, No dvd

I saw this movie on video, i think in 1988, and it stunned me.
My dad used to read biggles books in his youth and i read a few lines after him
and i liked the movie a lot (maybe of senitimental reason's)
The story is when you grow up a little cheesy but the role's well played (peter cushing/neil dickson)
WHY IS THIS NOT ON DVD?????????????????????????
