does anyone know the song that belizaire and alida dance to, and that comes on at the end?

Anyone who lives south of I10 in Louisiana probably learned the lyrics to that song early in life.

I was going to post the lyrics but none of the ones I found online are correct, so I'd have to write the whole song out.
