Name that tune?

Does anyone know the name of and who composed the piece that Jean-Claude plays for the organ competition? I thought that it was probably Bach, but I asked all of my music professors and they could not think of anything by Bach that was like it. In the credits it says "Original Music by Pierick Houdy." Is it possible that it was composed by him?
