Hot Dancing Clown Babe

Anybody notice that ballet dancing french clown babe (white outfit) in the crowd? She dances with a similarly made up dude. She looks HOT!

Agreed.

She and the guy were both German ballet dancers. As I mentioned in another thread, I was an extra in this film when I was in high school during the 80s. Most of the extras are people from the American military family community in Munich, Germany -- the film was shot at Bavarian Filmplatz in Munich.

Wow, thanks. Interesting they shot a TV movie like this in Munich...

I have no idea why they shot it in Munich. My top guess is that it was cheap.

Toyland was a set used for Westerns that was repainted in vibrant colors.

Being an extra in the film is one of those great memories that many of my high school friends and I share from the summer of '86. This was before Keanu Reeves became famous, so it's funny to recall meeting him. All of the stars involved with the production were very nice, approachable, and friendly, including the late Pat Morita, Eileen Brennan, Richard Mulligan, and Drew Barrymore, who was no more than a whopping 11 years old at the time (her mother was lurking about the set the whole time dressed in black, which was very odd and amusing).

That's freaken awesome..that would of been amazing meeting all of them over 25 years ago. Even though it was a tv movie, being on sets back then must have been so much more "family" oriented than they are now. Now it's get the shots, and edit it all on cg computers. Im sure you had a ball being in the movie..and seriously great memories for you to remember for the rest of your life.
