A remarkable movie that even in his time (1987) really manages to pull audiences, I love the feeling of the movie and the actors are great.

Every couple of years I spring ANGUISH on a group of friends and let the party begin. In '97 I showed to a group tripping on acid --- THEY FLIPPED !

The first time I saw this was in 1987 or 1988. I was sort of house sitting an abandonned masion that was being renovated. I was tripping with friends when I took it and those hypnotic scenes really spaced me out. I have not done any drugs in years and years but every so often I will pull that film out and it gives me an instant flashback.

Yes, it is a good movie. Zelda Rubinstein's performance is great, as usual. It makes me a bit nervous to watch it seeing as how there was a movie theater shooting in the news a few years ago. It feels like something that could actually happen. I suppose that means the movie is effective, though, since it does make you feel very uneasy. One of the few movies I've seen that I actually find kind of scary.
