Yo Dawg I Heard You Like Theaters....

So while you're in a theater, you're watching my movie where people in a theater are watching a movie about people in a theater watching a movie where people in a theater are watching a movie.

A fantastic horror-thriller, but with the end credits sequence which mimics the audience watching the credits on a movie screen it gets ultra meta; Russian doll stuff.

I imagine people who have never seen this before would be very confused when you try to tell them what it was about. People sit in a theater watching a movie about people in a theater where a killer is present while watching a movie about a killer in a theater. Gives a headache trying to wrap your head around that.
