Oh my God! That is so cool that that site is giving the movie away for free! I'm so going to put in my request. I can't wait to tell my mom. She loves this movie also.

I actually remember when this movie originally aired back in '86. I was five (almost six) at the time and couldn't sleep that evening so my mom let me stay up and she was watching it. I watched it with her and it shook me up quite a bit. After the movie was over she had a long talk with me about death and how sick that poor little girl was and not everbody dies that young. I didn't get to see it again until it aired on Lifetime sometime in the late '90's. I could just kick myself for not recording it. It really is an awesome movie.
