Recently Aired on Gospel Music Channel

It aired today in fact. I always heard this was an amazing telefilm and wanted to see it. This movie completely tore me up and I think I spent the last 30 minutes of the film in tears and about 30 minutes after it ended. I think I'm going to order the book from Amazon at some point. Gennie James, Craig T. Nelson and Bonnie Bedelia were unbelievable. God Bless the Deford family because it made me see cystic fibrosis in a different light. I always knew how bad it was, but to see it portrayed on film made me realize how heartbreaking and devestating this disease still is even 29 years after Alex's death.
