30th Anniversary Blu-ray - Sound way out of sync with picture

Watching the new 30th Anniversary Blu-ray release (and seeing the film for the first time), I really enjoyed the film but there’s something weird with the picture vs dialogue as it keeps going out of sync. However, as it wasn’t uniform, I wondered if it was down to how it was made, or possibly deliberate by the studio, which has made me curious.

Anyone know, please?
