What was Angels 2nd in command saying during shave ice scene?

It sounded like de Heysu or heisu and the guy was saying it over and over while Angel and Scutter were getting in to it during the shaved ice scene. I speak 3 languages in order German (native) English and Japanese. But not Spanish or any South American ones. I know it probably means something like relax or control yourself etc.

But can't find out. I busy so its no biggie but always been curious about it. Last time I saw this film was in a theater in Germany my hubby (who is 3rd gen Japanese American) and I never watch post 90's Hollywood films anymore as the Hollywood of today is full of boring and wacky nonsense. Sequels, remakes and comic book and game conversions. No originality anymore. So we watch oldies, classic , foreign or independent films now.

BTW I never revisit posts unless I'm asking something which is rare. I'm much too busy and too mature to argue over what is basically nothing but useless difference of opinions I respect most everyone's except those who love to put down people or act like pseudo know it alls with ego problems.
