Question - (spoiler)
It's been a long long time since i've seen this movie. Can someone tell me why that guy shot that girl from the club? And why that black dude shot those two guys in their shop?

A couple of things contributed to the murder of Cini. Alan and the bunch figured that Mitch (Roy's character)wasn't going to pay the ransom money even though they had footage of he and Cini's affair that they were planning to expose. They knew, however, that he would pay them if he felt he was being framed for her murder. Another reason for Cini's murder was she started to feel bad that she had set Mitch up for the blackmail scheme and might have actually tried to foil the plan. When she kicked Alan at the party, I think that was the last straw, and for that she had to go.
Bobby killed Leo and the other guy because they were excess baggage. Alan and Bobby had discussed how Leo served no purpose, and since Alan made the deal with Mitch to receive $52,000, he saw no reason to split the money three ways. I hope that helps.
