Which of the two versions is better?

I've never seen either cut of this movie. I know there are movies like Cinema Paradiso where fans are pretty divided on which cut is better, and I was curious is this film is sort of the same way, or is there one that most people agree is clearly better, like the two cuts of Apocalypse Now?

I really liked the Apocalypse Now Redux, where the extra length significantly adds to and develops the story. I haven't seen the theatrical cut of Betty Blue, but I found the 3 hour version, after they leave the beach to be weighed down, by unnecessary scenes that have little relevance to the main storyline. Seriously, stuff like the scenes with the 2 garbage collector guys was just bizarre, rather than comical as I think it was supposed to be and probably not in the 2 hour version. Unfortunately there's quite a few other extraneous scenes like this.🐭

The theatrical cut is much better. This movie is difficult to watch, quite boring at times. Beatrice Dalle constantly naked is the only thing that got me through it.
