easier to buy as a poster than on DVD....WHY???

You have t admit it, look in any self respecting poster shops or visit a student union on freshers week and you're able to pick up a Betty Blue poster...hell even a Hollyoaks character has one on her wall...so why is it that it's virtually impossible to actually buy the film? Please someone tell me why or just agree with me either way...

Forget it Donny you're out of your element!

in australia its as common as cavaliers in england. just picked up the directors cut dvd for $12 (five quid) in k-mart. excellent film.

In the UK, this film is only available on DVD from HMV shops for some reason. At the moment it is reduced in the sale so it's a good time to buy it.

If you haven't got it yet, go to www.cd-wow.com Directors cut 8 quid free p&p

I just bought the Director's Cut of Betty Blue today. It came at a price here in the UK (£19)- but I don't mind...I just really wanted this movie on DVD !! Unfortunately it's an HMV exclusive, so it might be hard to find somehwere else.

I was like you - desperate for a copy of this classic. I went as far as registering on Amazon France, bought a copy of 37°2 le matin on DVD (Ordering in French - well chuffed with myself) assuming that there would be an option for English subtitles...

WRONG

Typical French.

Eventually went hunting again and found it on CDWOW.com for £8.

It's gettable. You just have to want it THAT much!
