DVD update: Sometime in 2008
The update on the DVDs is sometime in 2008 with no firm date yet set.

oh well, waited this long. As long as they put them out eventually, I'm still happy.

according to the official anouncement, it is going to be a Canadian release, which means most likely thru Amazon.ca or chapters.ca.
sharethey will filter down here eventually as well... the Best Buy down here has gotten some of the releases from the studio doing the Canada releases.
This one I won't wait for. Amazon it will be.
Yep, VEI are Canadian and did the same with the 3 series of Hardcastle and McCormick. Those 3 still haven't been released outside Canada (1st series released a year and a half ago so the wait may be long!) but are easily available through Amazon.ca and Amazon.com (who import them across the border).
so I have to wait .... but I will get these DVDs!
shareThanks for the updated info. I was going nuts searching for the DVD as I originally read it was due out this month. I will wait until it comes out on Amazon. I loved this show it was one of my all time favorites. The car, actor, and best of all the opening and theme song were the best! I really missed this show when it went off kind of unexpectedly.
shareLast I heard the Stingray DVD has been delayed. No word as to when the release will be. Hopefully they are thinking about Blu-Ray!

shareIt came out April 2nd! I had to buy it on amazon.ca because it wasn't yet for sale on the U.S. amazon. It was also only $15.40 Canadian where U.S. Amazon has it listed at $44.00. I got it today and already watched 4 episodes.
shareI just bought it on canadian amazon and had it shipped to the U.S. It is much cheaper there even after shipping. Awesome series.
