Horrific/gory moments

Some of these I can't imagine how they ended up in a kids' cartoon.

At the beginning of one episode - Partners in Slime? - a ghost pulls his own head off his body and his skull falls out of the neck hole.

Ragnarok and Roll - unlike most/all of the other episodes and movies, thousands/millions of people are said to have been killed by the worldwide intended end of the world catastrophes. Maybe this was allowed since things were reverted, and everyone was brought back to life.

What about that one scene in Drool the dog faced goblin, where Drool's skins melts off and his skeleton is dancing around the stage.

And he turns himself into a hairy worm that slithers around

Would the scene with the giant cockaroach that chases Peter around the warehouse count?

Got to love Doctor, Doctor and it's body horror. Not sure how they got away with that. 

Oh my gosh I totally forgot about episode. Doctor Doctor could have been an episode from the Twilight Zone or the Outer Limits

Or in the beginning of "The Hole In The Wall Gang" where an old man started melting while he was laying down in bed.

The part in the Long Halloween where a bunch of ghosts grab Slimer from both sides of his body and stretch him. Plus Som Hein is pretty creepy. There's also the scene in that episode where a kid is bobbing for apples and the apple in his mouth become a bat.
