Segment/clip/vintage cartoon about Violet

Does anyone remember a segment/clip/vintage cartoon about a girl named Violet? I believe it was a black and white cartoon about Violet during the 1920's, 30's, or 40's who had violet eyes. Any help would be appreciated. I'm looking for a video, pictures or any other info about this.

Nope. There was NOTHING about anyone named Violet in Pee-Wee's Playhouse.
