He's going to alternate dimensions to capture more puppet creatures for his playhouse. All the "things" in his playhouse are held against their will, and are being mind controlled to appear as if they are enjoying themselves. The final episode is when the puppets revolt and escape using the help of conky, who is inadvertently freed from the mind control due to a power surge while he is charging. Pee wee is captured, tortured and killed. That episode never aired.
