OMG so I remember an episode where David was just wanting "fresh baked cookies" and Jessie was such a witch about it. I mean come on if you are so darn busy that you can't go to the store and buy a box of Big Batch and spend a couple of hours with your kids doing a wholesome activity it is just selfish. Sheesh I am still ticked off about that episode and it's been almos 30 years for crying out loud.

I think the last time I watched Our House was when The Family Channel showed this in the early to mid 90's. I watched other things when Our House originally aired but I watched it in reruns on The Family Channel. That is when I got hooked onto the show. It is really a shame how a good show like this is not aired in reruns. I figured that Nick@Nite would have shown this or TV Land. Possibly some other channel.
When Family Channel ran the programming they had some great shows airing in reruns. I believe The Family Channel in the early 2000's gave briefly FOX the rights to run the channel and it changed from The Family Channel to FOX Family Channel. Then it seemed right around 2003 or 2004 I believe FOX handed over the network to ABC. I liked the programming that FOX ran on there. ABC shows sometimes some good programming but it seems as if they made the programming more for the teenage girls. When ABC took over they were showing shows like Punky Brewster, THE Dukes OF Hazzard, and Valerie that became The Hogans, and then Hogan Family. I would rather see the people who ran the network take it back.
This was a great show and I wonder why it did not take off though.
