Only two seasons?

I didn't catch more than a couple episodes as a kid. Wasn't really a fan (got here by way of weird internet link journey), but I see there were only 46 episodes, which is about two seasons. My memory is that it was around longer than that, but maybe since I didn't watch I'm conflating reruns with the original run? Anyway, the chances of me coming back to check the answer are slim, but thanks if you do answer.

The short answer: IMO, it had the same timeslot as something called 60 Minutes during the original run.

It don't matter who you hear it from. It's the same story.

That could explain, the short run. I guess my main confusion is that shows don't generally get syndicated without hitting the 100 episode mark, but this clearly didn't, so either I'm totally misremembering how long it was around, or it was an exception to the rule.

It was definitely rerun in the late 80s early 90s, otherwise I'd not remember it so well, but I do. It'd be on during the daytime too. Definitely did not hit the syndication mark, but some channels decided to pick it up I guess.

The Inspiration channel has also played it a couple years ago or so.

I liked the show and I wish that it had run a bit longer.
