On TV again
Does anyone know if Book II will be on again? Guess I missed it; had Book I on my DVR awhile and just now watching. (Was on Encore). BTW I graduated H.S. with John Jakes.

It's on today, actually. That's odd, they said next month. Oh well. Just came on at 11 (Encore Westerns).

shareYep! It's called Heaven and Hell. It's based on the 3rd book from the series. It was made in 1994. I like it a lot, though a lot of people don't because it's a different actor playing Charles for one thing. But Lesley Anne Down is back, as is James Read and Philip Casnoff (he was great in the 3rd one imo), so I really enjoy it.:)
shareJust put N.& S. on series record and up popped Dec. 24/25. No idea which book, but guess I'll get them all from now on; as long as it's on Encore Western. Ain't technology wonderful, and this from an older (much older) senior citizen!
shareAwesome, maybe it is coming on then! Sometimes Encore only plays the first and second and not the third, but I think ENCWS is better at playing the 3rd. It shouldn't be ignored, it is part of the story after all.:) Yes, technology is great, you're probably better with it than I am, lol! (I'm 38)
