Danni was John and Anne's daughter, right?

Unless Gidget had another sibling they were hiding throughout the series (probably hung out with Chuck Cunningham), if TNG followed any kind of continuity with the original series, then Danni, being Gidget's niece, meant that John and Anne did end up having kids. My question is, did they ever say or imply that much on the show? (I have barely any memories of TNG)

I see on the credits that Danni's character's last name was not Cooper (John and Anne's married name), but hey, Jeff in the '65 series was a Matthews, not a Griffin!

Caryn Richman was no Sally Field, but she was pretty good. Since they released the orginal Gidget tv series on dvd, maybe they'll release this one too! Well, we can hope!

Not quite relevant to my question, but yeah, I would like to see it too, at least out of curiosity. And maybe (and this Gidget set we have now could have done it) the Saturday Superstar Movie "Gidget Makes The Wrong Connection" as a bonus?

Till then, any thoughts on the Danni thing?

yes. danni was john and anne's daughter. john shows up in the series in Hawaii after Gidget and Dani get busted on a nude beach. john bails them out. i don't know the name of the episode. it was shot in Oahu at the Hilton Vacation village as i remember.
