It's amazing and awful at the same time. Such an earworm. Got to love that pièce de résistance slide whistle.

Successfully captures the folksy nature of Matlock.

In a perfect world it would be the default ringtone on all cell phones.

Probably the greatest theme song of all time. The Dixie land feel captures the essence of a southern lawyer in southern atmosphere. Oh yeah, and most episodes were awesomely bad which makes it even better.

Always thought it sounded like a old timey whore house. An old west brothel. You can't but imagine the feather boas everywhere.
