Haunting air on the Harp?

Lovejoy is probably one of the 10 -20 greatest TV series; definitely a candidate for, 'If I were stranded on a desert island......'.
Does anyone know the name of the beautiful Celtic harp air played in the convent by a nun in the episode called 'No Strings'? I know this damn tune and it is driving me barking mad to place it.

The nearest I have heard to it was either by Clannad or Medwyn Goodhall.
