You might try the Canadian branch of amazon (they tend to have it more often) and the film comes up on eBay a lot.

Google Feature Films for Families. They sell it on VHS. Unfortunately, no one has been smart enough to realize this really should be on DVD and have some special features--maybe see if they could get Sara (Amelia) and Becky (Natalie) to come back and do a commentary.
shareTuning in very late here, but Natalie/Becky posted on this board a couple of years ago, and mentioned that she wished there was a DVD as well. I bet she'd be up for a walk down memory lane. (Or up to Memory Attic, as it were.) It's only been a few years since the American version, but maybe a Silver Anniversary edition in 2011? Hope springs eternal!
