Grace's Mother and Father in the Wedding Scene

Didn't the woman who played Grace's mother in the scene in the judge's chambers when she and Kevin were going to get married look like she could have been her mother in real life? They looked so similar!!! The parents were not credited in the cast list for that episode. I wonder if it was Susan Dey's real mother.

Also the last shot of her parents after she apologizes to them and she and Michael leave...her father winks at her. That was a great touch!!!

I always thought the wink was a great touch as well. But to answer your question regarding the actress who portrayed Grace's mother on the show, it certainly wasn't Susan's mother who passed away when Susan was eight years old.
