You know cuz they tried to kill Jem and the Holgrams in pretty much every episode. Running them off roads over a cliff, cutting cables on ski lifts oh and let's not forget the bomb strategically placed under the couch cushion in their mansion.

On the KJEM episode the Misfits did go to jail.... They were the fall girls for the episode's villain, Adrian Lassiter, who set them up to fall by performing (unknowingly) at a pirate radio station.
