He died in November of 2007 but wasn't buried until March of 2008? What?! Even if they embalmed him, he would still decompose in that time. I'm not trying to sound like a jerk or anything
shareIt was likely because the ground would have been too cold or too frozen to dig up to bury him in November. He would have been held in a mausoleum until the spring when the snow melts, and the ground thaws out.
That was the case with my grandmother and my grandfather (both passed in winter, but held until the spring).
