Dunno about single episodes but both seasons are available on DVD. I got them about 6 months ago.

I just bought the complete series set from amazon for $20. Spoiler so please stop reading now if you haven't seen the show yet...I'm confused about this episode...They are going to Ray's funeral? In the episode before this one ray and paulie drove away together in the desert...they were alive. Was it the bomb testing that killed them before they got away?

When Season 2 begins, it's assumed that Ray and Paulie died in the blast that took place in the Season 1 finale.

It turns out they actually survived the blast. We find this out in the 4th episode of Season 2, Atomic Fallout, and it's described in more detail just how they survived in an episode later that same season.
