Who was she sctupping to get the part?

Wow, just unbelievably bad acting. How on earth did she ever land the part? She had to be boinking someone because there's just no way she could have landed the part on talent. The film runs along nicely as gritty NYC cop drama flick then every time she appears it's just jarring. Takes you right out of it and destroys everything else. I suspect Cimino still cringes over this film for this simple fact alone.
