Scott Glen was horrible

Lewis Collins of the British TV series "The Professionals" and had worked with the same producer on the film "Who Dares Wins" was originally going to play his role and I think he would have been a much better fit. But instead he did a low-tier film of a similar title "Codename: Wild Geese".

I would disagree. I grew up watching The Challenge (1982) and still love the film to this day, but Scott Glen is horrible in it. An older Toshiro Mifune and a cool story is what I like about it most, but Scott Glenn just seems miscast in his role.

I would say that The Wild Geese II could not have been saved by any other actor anyway though.

It's a puppet show of sorts.
