Could Tony Stark theoretically create something like Lisa?

I find it kind of funny in hindsight that Robert Downey Jr. is in Weird Science and many years later, he would go on to play a genius inventor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. I mean, we see Tony Stark create Vision (although in the comics, Hank Pym created him) in the second Avengers movie, so it can't be that far fetched that he could create an "artificial" woman.
